Tax Filing Verification
In the case of NIV loans, where income cannot by definition be verified, you can still verify that taxes were filed for up to the past 4 years. While no income information is shown, the report does show whether the borrower filed a Schedule C or Schedule E form (Profit/Loss) with his or her taxes.
